Hi, it's Chandra.

I’m a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) with a passion for helping

women in midlife feel like themselves again.

I’ve always been drawn to a natural,

holistic lifestyle, and I believe our bodies are innately designed to heal — they are

always working for us.

My education and training allow me to take those holistic principles further, supporting others to reclaim their energy, vitality, and confidence.

I don’t believe that aging equates to fatigue, endless medications, or a decline in quality

of life. Living with energy, vibrance, and optimal health isn’t reserved for the lucky — it’s

what we all deserve.

There’s a lot of misinformation out there, and our medical system often focuses on

treating disease rather than preventing it.

I’m passionate about empowering women with

the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions, supporting their bodies to prevent

dis-ease before it starts.

I understand firsthand how frustrating midlife changes can be. I’ve personally struggled

with fatigue, sleep disturbances, headaches, hormonal shifts, and feeling disconnected

from myself during perimenopause.

Through functional lab testing and a personalized,

integrative approach, I’ve been able to restore my energy, sleep, gut health, and hormone balance — and I want to help others do the same.

I view symptoms not as problems to mask, but as messages from the body. When we listen and dig deeper, we can uncover hidden stressors and address the root causes of unwanted symptoms before they become disease.

My Approach

...is holistic and root-cause focused, designed to reveal areas of dysfunction

and support your body in returning to balance. Together, we can navigate midlife with

clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of vitality.
